Job summary

MYOB is seeking an Engineering Manager in New Zealand to guide and mentor squads within the Tech team, shaping delivery of product and technology roadmaps. You’ll work with leaders to set and meet service level objectives while adhering to MYOB’s development and security standards.

You’ll balance delivery with product outcomes, drive collaboration, and contribute to a culture where continuous improvement and security are central to every release.

About The Role

As an Engineering Manager at MYOB, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and encouraging a squad or multiple squads within our Tech team. This is an outstanding opportunity to combine technology leadership with coaching and mentoring, ensuring the seamless delivery of our product and technology roadmaps. You will work closely with other leaders to establish and meet service level objectives, following MYOB’s development and security standards carefully. Your efforts will support the successful implementation and balance of both short-term delivery goals and long-term strategic aims, making a meaningful contribution to MYOB’s mission!
