Job summary

Synechron, a global technology consulting firm, seeks a senior API leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of Synapse APIs, ensuring architecture quality, scalability, security, and operational excellence across platforms.

You will mentor engineering teams, lead development squads, and collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, Security, and Testing to govern reviews, risk management, and production readiness for enterprise API platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience managing enterprise API platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of API services.
• Lead development squads and technical decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security controls, and engineering practices.
• Drive solution review, code review, and design governance.

• Oversee production readiness and deployment approvals.
