Job summary

Synechron is seeking an accomplished engineering leader to own end-to-end API services and drive the delivery of Synapse APIs across platforms.

You will lead development squads, ensure secure, observable APIs, and collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, Security, and Testing teams to keep production reliable and scalable. The role demands 10+ years of software experience and at least 5 years leading teams in enterprise API platforms.
