Rockgas Limited in Wellington is seeking an Energy Analyst who can connect the dots between numbers, strategy and relationships. You'll dive into data, forecast trends and uncover insights, while presenting to stakeholders and influencing decisions across the business.

At Rockgas, your analysis will directly support commercial decisions, supply strategies and business performance, transforming complex market, supply and financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive results.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce or related discipline.
• Experience in financial analysis, consulting, commercial advisory, accounting or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong commercial acumen and a natural curiosity about how businesses operate.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• The confidence to present insights and recommendations to a wide range of audiences.
• The ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• A proactive mindset and desire to continually learn and improve.
