Job summary

Wētā Workshop in Wellington is seeking Hosts for the busy summer season. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a unique guest experience and helping visitors connect with the creativity behind our props and experiences.

If you are energetic, comfortable talking to a diverse range of guests, and have customer service experience, we want to hear from you. Training is fully paid and interviews run Aug–Nov.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles.
• Confident communicator with the ability to relate to a diverse range of guests.
• Energetic, charismatic and creative problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a memorable guest experience at the venue.
• Engage with visitors and provide information about offerings.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth guest flow and service.
• Availability across weekdays and weekends during the summer season.
