Job summary

IDEA Services is seeking a part-time Support Worker in West Auckland to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities at home and in the community. You will help with daily living skills, meals, transport, personal care, and safety, while building relationships with whānau and staff.

Rostered shifts include weekends plus AM/PM shifts and sleepovers; training is provided and drivers licence is preferred. Competitive hourly pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and disability sector preferred.
• Ability to build engaging daily routines and activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
