Based in Whareroa, this full-time role runs Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, focusing on building relationships with employers and agencies, placing whānau into opportunities, and strengthening community resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment placement or recruitment practices.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Place whānau into employment and training opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with employers, training providers, and agencies.
