Job summary

Habit Health in Auckland is seeking an Employment Consultant to help clients flourish and achieve vocational independence. The role offers flexibility in location across Auckland and is a permanent full-time position with clear career progression.

You will source vacancies, prepare clients for interviews, assist with applications, and help overcome barriers to work, while supporting clients after placement. An uncapped incentive programme enhances earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience providing career guidance and employment support, ideally with MSD clients.
• Confidence with employer outreach and cold calling.
• Established employer networks and ability to connect clients with work experience and employment opportunities.
