• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, including experience working with youth.
• Full driver's license and owning your own vehicle is essential.
• A desire to support people to learn new skills and achieve outcomes.
• Somebody who has the initiative to push people for their goals, is energetic, outgoing, and can think outside the box.
