A growing electronics company based in Penrose is seeking an Electronic Support Technician to manage returned equipment and process orders. This role involves running tests, dismantling, and repairing devices. Ideal candidates should have experience in a logistics environment, strong interpersonal skills, and an interest in technology. Ongoing training and a supportive team environment will be provided, along with weekly pay set in a full-time Monday to Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehousing/logistics environment.
• Recent experience in a customer service delivery role.
• Active interest in technology.
• Eftpos Industry experience is preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Processing returned equipment and preparing, programming, and dispatching equipment orders.
• Running tests on devices to confirm faults.
• Dismantling and repairing devices.

Job Description

We are looking for an Electronic Support Technician to join this growing company in Penrose.

This position is responsible for processing returned equipment and to prepare, programme and dispatch all equipment orders.

This will include:

• Running tests on devices to confirm faults.
• Dismantling devices, repairing, or replacing PCB boards, antenna’s, LCD screens, keypads etc.
• Working at a fast pace, to a high standard to maintain results.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Knowledge and Experience

• Experience working in a warehousing/logistics environment.
• Recent experience in a customer service delivery role
• Active interest in technology
• Qualification in the Electronics field (preferred)
• Eftpos Industry experience (preferred)
• 1-2 years’ experience in a related field.

Skills/Abilities

• Well developed inter-personal & communication skills
• Excellent level of literacy & numeracy skills
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Outlook and MS Excel
• Previous exposure to Logistics and inventory management applications (advantageous)
