Job summary

OneStaff is seeking experienced electronics assemblers and solderers for an immediate start in New Zealand. You will join a close-knit team in a well-established PCB manufacturing environment, with a Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm schedule and 1:00pm finish on Fridays.

Pay starts at $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. Pre-employment drug testing and a Ministry of Justice check are part of recruitment. Applicants must currently reside in New Zealand and hold appropriate work/ residency visas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ hand soldering experience within the last five years.
• Through-hole and SMT experience.
• Experience completing rework of components.
• Works well as part of a team with diverse people.
• PCB experience is preferred but not essential.

Our client is a well-established manufacturer of circuit boards. They're seeking experienced electronics assemblers & solderers for an immediate start. This is a close-knit working environment and good team fit is crucial for any successful applicant.

Hours will be Monday to Friday 7.00am-4.00pm (1.00pm finish everyFriday).

Pay Rate: starting at $25.00p/h depending on experience

The successful applicant will:

• Have a minimum of two years’ experience hand soldering within the last five years


• Have through-hole and SMT experience


• Have experience completing rework of components


• Work well as part of a team,capable of working with a diverse group of people


• Experience with PCB is preferred but not essential


• Be available either short or long term

Duties include:

• Testing and rework of circuit boards


• Working to create a variety of different circuit boards


• Electrical assembly


• Mechanical assembly


• May lead to some SMT work
