Job summary

Modus Projects is seeking an experienced electrician to deliver preventative and reactive electrical services for commercial clients across Auckland and Hamilton. The role is autonomous and involves engaging with local communities while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

You will perform electrical maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely solutions in a multi-site environment with ongoing support from a service coordinator and leadership team.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade certificate is required.
• Experience in commercial electrical work and maintenance is required.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with timely repairs.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

About the Role

As part of our national expansion, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Electricians to join our team on a full-time basis in various locations.

In this position, you will be responsible for both preventative and reactive electrical services for our commercial clients. This position is autonomous; you will have the opportunity to engage with the local community and ensure that all work adheres to the highest standards.

Key Requirements:

• Electrical trade certificate.
• Proven experience incommercial electrical work & electrical maintenance
• Solid understanding of Australian electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform timely and effective repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current CPR/LVR
• EWP ticket (desirable but not essential)
• Completing a national police check and medical assessment will be part of the recruitment process
• A valid driver's licence
