Job summary

Life Pharmacy seeks an experienced Electrical Works Coordinator to manage maintenance and project activities within Wellington's power networks. You will coordinate resources, plan work programmes, and ensure safe, on‑time delivery across HV and LV assets, working closely with project managers, engineers, field crews, and clients.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with knowledge of overhead lines or underground cables.

Qualifications

• Experience in electricity/utilities/power infrastructure sectors is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are required.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and project work across electrical network assets.
• Plan resources and support delivery of work programmes.
• Assist with job scoping, documentation, and risk assessments.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, engineers, and operations teams.
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve delivery issues.
• Support successful project outcomes through effective communication and collaboration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across planning and delivery functions.
