Job summary

Clutha NZ is seeking an Electrical Team Leader at our Finegand site in Balclutha, the largest in the Silver Fern Farms network. You will be responsible for overseeing all electrical systems and ensuring effective responses to maintenance and breakdowns, while ensuring a safe environment.

The ideal candidate will have trade qualifications and strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively within a team and promote a culture of problem-solving and innovative thinking. We offer various benefits, including discounted meat sales and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of electrical principles and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions effectively.
