Job summary

IntoWork in Queenstown is seeking a Project Manager to oversee several electrical contracting sites concurrently, ensuring programme delivery and budget adherence. You will manage scope, pre-start checks, QA, and progress reporting while assessing resources and supplier needs to meet client expectations.

You will also engage with clients, quote where required, and drive opportunities for the business, maintaining safety and quality across the projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing electrical contracting projects.
• Strong planning, programming and organisational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project documentation, drawings and specifications.
• Sound commercial awareness across budgets, job costing and supplier quotes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• A proactive, professional approach with a focus on safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

• Project manage multiple job sites.
• Determine project scope of works.
• Ensure Safety, Site Training and Quality Assurance standards and protocols are adhered to
• Monitor work standards and output and ensure work is always carried out to a workmanship standard and to industry best practice.
• Monitor contract labour performance
• Ensure smooth and efficient administration processes
