Job summary

ATT is seeking a motivated second-year electrical apprentice to grow skills on varied, hands-on projects. You will assist qualified electricians, install wiring and components, and support testing and fault finding under supervision.

Reading plans, using tools safely, and following site procedures are essential as you progress through your apprenticeship. You will continue coursework and assessments, develop teamwork and communication, and contribute to a safety-first workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Currently completing the second year of electrical apprenticeship.
• Genuine interest in developing a long-term electrical career.
• Reliable, punctual, practical and keen to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Committed to quality workmanship and workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified electricians with electrical installations, maintenance and repairs.
• Install wiring, fixtures, outlets, switches and other components under supervision.
• Support testing, fault finding and troubleshooting across electrical systems.
• Read and work from plans, drawings and specifications.
• Use and maintain electrical tools safely and follow site procedures and safety requirements.
• Continue completing apprenticeship training, coursework and assessments.
