Job summary

Jora New Zealand is offering an opening for an Electrical Apprentice with no prior experience required. This is a paid, full-time position designed to build a long-term career in electrical trades.

You’ll split time between hands-on site work with licensed electricians and classroom learning one day every fortnight, fully paid. Overtime is available for hours beyond 40 per week, and you’ll work in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Year 13 graduate with NCEA Level 2 in Maths and English (Science is a bonus).
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians on a variety of projects.
• Learn and apply electrical trade safety practices and procedures.

Who we’re looking for:

Year 13 graduate with solid NCEA Level 2 results in Maths and English (Science is a bonus)

Full driver’s license (manual preferred)

Eligible to work in New Zealand
