The New Zealand Government Education Services Group in Napier is seeking a Part-time Psychologist (0.8 FTE) to provide high-quality psychological services for children and young people with additional learning needs in alignment with Ministry policies.

You will apply a strengths-based approach, collaborate with teachers, whanau, and schools, and support progress toward learner goals through well-planned intervention plans and ongoing monitoring.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a complex organisation.
• Ability to build relationships and partnerships to achieve shared outcomes.
• Experience working with children, young people and their families/whanau across diverse settings.
• Proven experience counselling, negotiating, mediation, and contracting.
• Ability to use data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities to influence decisions.
