Qualifications

• Proven team leadership experience.
• Experience in developing and delivering workplans that align to organisational strategies and work programmes.
• Experience leading complex teams delivering services.
• Proven experience of leading and fostering a collaborative and continuous improvement focused culture.
• Demonstrated understanding of learning support, additional learning needs, and inclusive education practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Learning Support services for tamariki and rangatahi.
• Collaborate with whānau, communities, early childhood providers/Kōhanga Reo, schools/kura, Kura Kaupapa Māori and other Māori Medium settings to strengthen inclusive practices.
• Develop and implement workplans aligned to organisational strategies and work programmes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and service delivery excellence.
