Job summary

United Cellars is seeking a Systems, Data & eCommerce Coordinator to manage our Shopify website, data, and integrations across Marketing, Sales and Operations. You’ll troubleshoot issues, maintain integrations, and work with data to drive insights.

This role supports a growing digital ecosystem, builds dashboards, and explores AI/automation to streamline workflows in a hybrid Auckland setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with eCommerce platforms and data across multiple teams.
• Curiosity about how systems connect and how to improve them.
• Ability to investigate issues independently and propose solutions.
• Willingness to learn AI and automation to streamline processes.
• Comfortable working across Marketing, Sales and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot the Shopify eCommerce website and integrations.
• Coordinate data flows between Shopify, NetSuite and other systems.
• Develop and maintain NetSuite saved searches and dashboards.
• Support Marketing and Sales data needs, including segmentation and CRM workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversion.
