Are you the kind of person who sees a website or system issue and wants to understand why it happened, not just how to make it disappear?
United Cellars is looking for a curious, hands‑on Systems, Data & eCommerce Coordinator to help manage the systems, website, integrations and data that support our eCommerce, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams.
This is a varied, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, managing eCommerce platforms and finding smarter ways for systems to work together.
You don't need to be a developer, but you should be technically confident, comfortable working with websites and business systems, and willing to investigate problems independently.
An interest in AI, automation and finding better ways to work will be highly valued.

Sitting across eCommerce, Technology, Operations, Marketing and Sales, you'll take ownership of a broad range of website, systems and data activities.
You'll help manage the day‑to‑day operation of our eCommerce website, troubleshoot website and system issues, maintain integrations, manage data and reporting, and identify opportunities to improve both the customer experience and the way our internal teams work.
This isn't a role where you'll simply wait for a list of tickets. We're looking for someone who is comfortable investigating problems, identifying opportunities and taking ownership of solutions.
We're less concerned about whether you've held this exact job title before and more interested in how you approach websites, systems, data and problem‑solving.
You’ll ideally be someone who:
Experience with some of the following would be highly regarded:
If you've managed websites or eCommerce platforms, are confident working with data and systems, and have demonstrated that you can learn new technology quickly, we'd still like to hear from you.
You’ll enjoy this role if you like variety, ownership and solving problems.
One morning you might be investigating why orders aren't flowing correctly between Shopify and NetSuite. Later, you could be testing a website change, building a customer segment for Marketing, extracting information for Sales, updating a NetSuite report or exploring whether an AI tool can eliminate a repetitive manual process.
You’ll be comfortable moving between technical, eCommerce and commercial conversations and working with people across the business.
You don't need a defined checklist to feel productive. When something isn't working, your instinct is to ask "why?" and keep investigating until you understand it.
If you're technically curious, commercially minded and enjoy being the person who figures out how websites, systems and data can work better together, we'd love to hear from you.
