Job summary

Busy Bees Pahiatua invites an energetic NZ ECE teacher for a fixed-term role supporting tamariki through nature-based learning. The position involves planning with Te Whāriki, creating meaningful activities, and building strong whānau relationships in a close-knit community.

You will contribute to a safe, nurturing environment, collaborate with a supportive team, and bring creativity and initiative to daily learning. Residency or valid NZ work visa required.

Qualifications

• Holds NZ ECE or Primary teaching qualification and current NZ registration.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Passion for early learning and alignment with NZ curriculum.
• Creativity, initiative and collaborative approach.
• Proficiency using digital tools to document learning and engage with whānau.
