Qualifications

• B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Registration.
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy and curriculum.
• Knowledge of ECE Regulations and Te Whāriki compliance.

Role requirements:

We're looking for a natural leader who shares our values and vision who has a good understanding of programme planning and assessment as well as a drive and passion for growth.

As well as:

• B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Registration
• Previous leadership experience or the confidence to step into a leadership role.
• A strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy and curriculum
• Good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
• Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
