Job summary

Busy Bees Te Kauwhata invites a dedicated Centre Manager to lead a warm, community-minded early childhood team in the North Waikato. You’ll oversee operations, support staff development and nurture strong relationships with families while upholding Busy Bees’ values.

The role focuses on creating a safe, engaging learning environment for tamariki, with leadership support from the Busy Bees Aotearoa network and ongoing professional development opportunities.
