The role:
As Centre Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the centre - leading your people, supporting whānau connections, and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll:
Lead with vision and inspire your team.
Build strong, positive relationships with whānau and the wider community.
Oversee budgets, resources, compliance, and operations – including Te Whāriki.
Create a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive space where tamariki thrive.
What you’ll bring:
Proven leadership in ECE (Centre Manager or similar).
Strong knowledge of Te Whāriki and ECE legislation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Preferred: Bachelor of Teaching (ECE) or Primary Education (or equivalent).
A valid NZ work visa or residency.
