Job summary

All About Children, located on Mahia Road, Manurewa, is a licensed centre for 40 children seeking a Centre Manager who is ECE qualified and registered to lead a dynamic 2–5 year old programme. You will inspire a large ECE team, build strong relationships with children, whanau and the wider community, coach emerging leaders and maintain high standards of quality, curriculum and compliance.

This full‑time, permanent role includes leadership coaching, an induction programme and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Must hold an ECE qualification and a current NZ Teacher Practising Certificate.
• Valid working rights in New Zealand.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Deep understanding of ECE quality, curriculum, compliance and professional practice.

• Lead and inspire a large ECE team.
