Job summary

ACG Strathallan Early Learning School in Auckland is seeking a confident Centre Manager to lead strategic, operational and educational outcomes. You will drive enrolment targets, uphold Te Whāriki and Reggio-inspired practices, and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment for 3 months to 5 years.

The role requires a minimum of five years in ECE leadership, outstanding people management, and a track record of building strong partnerships with families, staff, and the wider school community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in an early childhood education or related setting.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Strong relationship building with families and community.
• Commercially minded with enrolment growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure Centre success.
• Drive enrolment growth through marketing and family engagement.
• Lead curriculum excellence aligned with Te Whāriki and the Reggio philosophy.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee financial performance and budgets.
• Foster safe, inclusive environment and safeguarding.
