• 5+ years' leadership experience in an early childhood education or related setting

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Centre's operation and education
• Drive enrolment growth through marketing, family engagement, and retention
• Lead curriculum delivery aligned with Te Whāriki and Reggio philosophy
• Foster inclusive, safe environments supporting child wellbeing
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team with succession planning
• Build strong partnerships with families, whānau and community
• Ensure licensing, regulatory and organisational compliance
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and resources
• Promote health, safety, and risk management culture
• Champion safeguarding and professional standards
