Qualifications

• Based in Queenstown, Eastern Cape or willing to work there.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and execution of social media strategies for various e‑commerce platforms.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, short videos, and copy for daily posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
• Assist in planning and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns under guidance of the marketing manager.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Engage with online communities to foster positive interactions and build brand loyalty.
• Research social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align with brand guidelines.
