Job summary

Accenture New Zealand is seeking a hands-on Technology Consultant with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CCaaS, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps to join a fast-paced agile delivery team in Auckland. You will design, build, deploy, and continuously improve enterprise-grade solutions for contact centre and customer engagement capabilities.

You will combine strong development skills with solution design and stakeholder engagement, contributing to both delivery and ongoing optimisation

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CCaaS and Power Platform.
• Proficiency in .NET/C# and JavaScript for enterprise solutions.
• Experience building Dynamics 365 plugins and system integrations.
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD and release management.
• Strong solution design skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Comfort working in agile delivery environments with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support solutions on Dynamics 365 CE/CCaaS and Power Platform.
• Build and maintain integrations using plugins, APIs, and Azure services.
• Develop applications with .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
• Contribute to solution design discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Manage deployment pipelines and release activities using Azure DevOps.
• Support contact centre processes with optimization and automation.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to technical solutions.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation for production support.
• Support continuous improvement of live chat and case management capabilities.
