Job summary

Precision Sourcing in Auckland is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Consultant to own delivery across enterprise-scale projects. You will engage with customers and senior stakeholders, shaping discovery, design, delivery and ongoing optimisation while helping drive growth of the practice.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery and leadership as the team scales, with 2 days per week on-site in the CBD and the rest remote as needed.

We're partnering with a growing Microsoft consultancy looking to hire a Senior Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Consultant to play a key role across delivery, customer engagement and future practice growth.

This is a senior, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys owning outcomes, working closely with customers and helping shape delivery, rather than sitting purely in governance or strategy.

You’ll work across enterprisescale Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects, supporting customers through discovery, solution design, delivery and ongoing optimisation. The role will also play a key part in helping drive work through the development team, maintaining delivery quality and supporting the business as they continue to scale.

The business operates in a lean, high-performing environment with a strong focus on quality, accountability and customer outcomes. They are looking for someone commercially minded who wants to contribute to the wider growth of the practice and eventually step into a leadership-style position as the team expands.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

• Proven background delivering hands-on functional consulting and solution architecture
• Experience across Customer Service, Field Service, Power Apps and Power Pages
• Comfortable working directly with customers and senior stakeholders
• Able to operate hands-on within delivery, rather than purely from a strategic/governance perspective
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to help drive business growth and customer outcomes
• Experience working within consultancy or customer-facing delivery environments
