Capgemini New Zealand seeks a lead Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform developer to design, build and deliver cloud-based business solutions for clients across NZ. You’ll work on engagements, build proofs-of-concept and extend apps with Power Pages and APIs.

You should have 7+ years with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Azure DevOps, GitHub and Azure services. Capgemini supports flexible work and ongoing training to grow your career.

This role can be based in Wellington/Auckland/Christchurch.

You will play a lead role in:

• Designing, developing and delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions across client engagements
• Building proof-of-concept solutions and prototypes to validate solution designs and business outcomes
• Developing and extending applications using Power Pages, Dataverse, plugins, APIs and Power Automate
• Working with functional consultants, architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Leveraging Azure services, DevOps practices and emerging AI capabilities including Copilot Studio and Agentic AI to drive innovation

Your profile:

• 7+ years' experience developing and implementing Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Pages
• Proven expertise in custom development including plugins, APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript and integrations
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub and Azure services including Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus
