Job summary

Enphase Energy in Christchurch, NZ is seeking an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to lead a small DVT and lab team. You will drive design verification testing, develop test strategies, and manage scheduling and resourcing for a fast-paced testing programme.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in design verification testing (DVT) or product validation.
• Experience leading and managing other engineers in a product development lifecycle.
• Proficiency with test case management and requirements traceability tools (e.g. Jira, Jama).
• Exposure to test methodologies across firmware, mechanical and hardware domains.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly project progress targets set by leadership.
• Develop and mentor your engineering team and manage performance.
• Coordinate testing schedules and resources across DVT and lab teams.
• Own the lab space and ensure test equipment is maintained and safe.
• Write test cases that cover all product requirements across firmware, mechanical, and hardware domains.
