Job summary

Repco in Hamilton is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure an outstanding in-store experience for every customer. You will guide product selections, upsell where suitable, and handle till transactions with accuracy. The role includes opening/closing the store and running Sunday shifts.

Strong customer service skills and prior retail exposure are highly valued. Training and development are provided, along with team discounts and a positive, collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role requiring strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the Repco brand.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store as Duty Manager; manage shift on Sundays.
• Provide genuine service and guidance on products; upsell where possible.
• Process sales at the till and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist with stock reception, dispatch, and storage.
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
• Foster a cooperative team environment and safety focus.
