Job summary

Harvey Norman Westgate is seeking a hands-on Delivery Driver & Installer to deliver electrical goods and provide a great customer experience. You’ll join a supportive team in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth within one of New Zealand’s leading retailers.

In this customer-facing role you will load, transport, and install products, maintain schedules, and ensure accurate, efficient deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must have full, clean driver’s licence and ability to drive large vehicles.
• Experience delivering and handling goods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit for heavy lifting.
• Forklift licence desirable.

About the Role:

This is a customer-facing, hands-on position focused on delivering electrical goods safely and efficiently while representing the Harvey Norman brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver & install electrical goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Load, transport, and unload goods safely, including heavy lifting.
• Provide excellent customer service during all delivery interactions.
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain delivery schedules and communication with the store team.
• Work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

About You:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual with strong driving skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Attributes we are looking for include:

• Previous experience delivering and handling goods.
• Full, clean driver’s licence with ability to drive large vehicles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and reliability.
• Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting.
• Forklift licence (desirable).
