Job summary

Barnardos Aotearoa in Wellington is seeking a dedicated fundraising support role to help across grants, trusts, foundations and community fundraising. The position is permanent, 40 hours per week, based in our Wellington National Office, and offers the chance to work with a passionate team improving outcomes for tamariki and rangatahi.

You will coordinate across fundraising streams, support donor relationships and ensure timely delivery of funding applications and accountability documents, while

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Trust and Grants Fundraiser to support Barnardos fundraising program.
• Research Barnardos projects needing funding and build a compelling case for support; ensure accountability docs are prepared and submitted on time.
• Processing and administration support for the Barnardos Managed Funds and Max e-Grants.
• Provide community fundraising support to interested parties wanting to support the work of Barnardos
• Support the wider fundraising team and be a point of contact for all donors and provide excellent supporter care.
