Job summary

Fulton Hogan in Hawke's Bay is seeking a senior Divisional Manager – Utilities who can shape the division's future. You will lead safe, on-time, within-budget projects and build strong client and partner relationships across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in utilities, civil construction or infrastructure.
• Strong relationship skills; ability to negotiate practical commercial outcomes.
• Solid contracting and commercial knowledge, including NZS3910.
• Financial management experience; lead against plans, budgets and targets.
• People-first leadership style with a strong safety focus.

This is a key leadership role in Hawke's Bay for someone who knows the utilities space and wants to make a real impact. As Divisional Manager – Utilities, you'll lead a business that delivers good work safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard across the region.

You'll own the divisional contribution to the regional business plan across financial performance, safety, people leadership, forward work, operational delivery and customer relationships. It's a role with real scope, real responsibility and plenty of room to shape how the division grows. • Lead the utilities division to deliver safe, high-quality work for customers, on time and within budget.
• Drive financial performance through strong business planning, budgeting, forecasting, capex and divisional targets.

• Solid contracting and commercial knowledge, including a sound understanding of NZS3910 and disciplined contract management.
• Financial management experience, with the ability to lead against plans, budgets and targets while keeping close to performance.
• A people-first leadership style, strong safety focus and the ability to build capable teams who work hard, back each other and keep moving forward together.
