We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our District Nursing Service in Whanganui.This role will primarily provide nursing care and support to patients and whānau across the Rangitīkei community.
As a District Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients and whānau within community settings. Working across a diverse range of clinical needs, you will utilise your professional nursing knowledge and clinical judgement to assess health needs, develop and implement care plans, and support individuals to manage their health and wellbeing.
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating closely with patients, whānau, general practice teams, aged residential care providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver safe, equitable and person-centred care.
