Job summary

Post Haste Couriers is seeking a Distribution Supervisor for our North Harbour branch. This role oversees two day shifts, ensuring freight is sorted accurately for distribution and operations run smoothly. This role is North Shore based.

You will be an outstanding communicator with a proven track record in leading a diverse team, driving high service levels and fostering a positive work environment. A full induction and ongoing training support are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with experience leading diverse teams.
• Experience in logistics or distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two day shifts across the distribution network.
• Ensure freight is sorted accurately for distribution.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and maintain service quality.

This is a critical network role, in which you will be responsible for supervising the 2 shifts that run across the day. Whilst ensuring that all freight is sorted accurately for distribution & putting a smile on everyone's face once the job is done.
