Job summary

IDEA Services is seeking reliable Support Workers to join our Wellington area team, providing high-quality care to individuals living with disabilities. Part-time roles across Wellington Central and Lower Hutt offer meaningful daily help with living, independence and wellbeing, including transportation, finances and meals.

No prior health sector experience is required; full training and orientation are provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience in the health and disability sector is required.
• Full training and orientation will be provided to motivated individuals.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepovers.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support, transportation, finances and meal preparation.
• Assist with shopping, cleaning, showering and medication administration as needed.

Full NZ driver’s license
