Auror in Auckland, NZ, is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead Win the Data and Enablement pillars. You will supervise three PMs, shape product strategy, and drive enterprise-focused growth through API integrations and partner ecosystems.

You will align AI capabilities with product goals, ensure fast, high‑quality delivery, and mentor the product team to excel in a global, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Multiple years experience managing and leading teams of at least 3 product managers.
• Proven track record delivering world class B2B SaaS products to market.
• Experience leading platform, API or data-ingestion products, with third‑party integrations.
• Strong strategic thinker with a history of owning and driving product strategy.
• Strong executor with a proven record of shipping high‑quality products quickly.
• Strong commercial acumen to drive the financial side of product at cross‑product level.
• Experience growing teams that collaborate to achieve world‑class results.
• Excellent communication, high empathy and ability to convey context to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product managers across Win the Data and Enablement with clear direction and growth.
• Make strategic calls on what to build first to drive customer value and market expansion.
• Own product strategy for both pillars, including API and partner integrations.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery with strong go‑to‑market plans and fast cadence.
• Evolve product operations and AI tooling to support cross‑team workflows.
• Collaborate with partnerships, customers, and vendors to shape the ecosystem.
• Drive ethical AI practices and measure pillar success with defined metrics.
• Mentor and develop PMs to deliver outstanding results.
