Job summary

OMD Auckland seeks an experienced Digital Director to lead digital innovation, steer strategy, and grow client partnerships. You’ll shape the digital offering, collaborate with senior leaders, and build a high-performing team to deliver measurable business results.

You’ll drive opportunities across data, analytics and technology, champion new platforms, and align cross-functional teams to push the agency’s digital leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years' experience in digital media or related field with leadership track record.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (CMO-level).
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystem: paid search, SEO, programmatic, social, mobile, content, CRM and email marketing.
• Knowledge of marketing technology: CRM, CDPs, identity solutions, ad platforms and data-driven marketing.
• Experience with digital measurement, attribution and translating data into actionable recommendations.
