Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT infrastructure leadership with operations, data centers, virtualization, O365, networks, support, and security.
• IT leadership in a globally diverse organization.
• Experience in high tech, engineering and/or manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads a high performing global team of IT engineers.
• Leads compute, storage, network, OS, and DevOps strategies to support engineering products.
• Defines IT infrastructure priorities with Space Systems and Launch Operations leaders.
• Creates processes for global infrastructure services across on-prem and cloud, ensuring high availability.
• Ensures IT infrastructure complies with security and regulatory standards.
• Manages vendor relationships and procurement for IT software and hardware.
• Develops 24x7 global support strategy and travel up to 30% as needed.
