  • Build and maintain keyword maps that connect target keywords to specific pages or content clusters.
  • Provide clear SEO briefs for writers, including primary/secondary keywords, search intent, and on-page recommendations (e.g., titles, headings, meta descriptions, internal links).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical SEO issues, such as indexation, crawl budget, site speed, structured data, canonical tags, hreflang, redirects, and XML sitemaps.
  • Regularly audit website health using SEO tools and create simple, action-oriented reports for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor search performance (e.g., rankings, clicks, impressions, CTR) for key pages and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure our websites follow SEO best practices for site architecture, internal linking, mobile-friendliness, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Work with developers to implement technical fixes, provide clear tickets and test cases, and verify that changes are correctly deployed.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team on campaigns to ensure landing pages and funnels are search-friendly and technically sound.
  • Stay up to date with major search engine updates and communicate relevant changes and risks to the team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and on-page optimization.
  • Solid understanding of how search engines crawl, index, and rank websites.
  • Practical experience using key SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, SEMrush).
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and understanding of how to implement SEO recommendations within them.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, simple recommendations.
  • Good communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • English reading ability sufficient to use global SEO resources and tools; additional language skills are a plus.
