Job summary

Tribe Group in Auckland is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support a NZ residential developer on a fixed-term contract through to 30 June 2027. You’ll help with a full website redevelopment, a headless CMS rollout, and a move to Qualtrics for customer feedback, while collaborating with agency partners to turn ideas into reality.

You’ll bring hands-on experience across digital campaigns, paid media, SEO and analytics, plus CRM and email marketing.

Qualifications

• Practical experience across digital campaigns, paid media, SEO and analytics.
• Confidence with CRM, email marketing and digital platforms.
• Strong organisation, communication and agency/stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bonus points for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS projects or Qualtrics exposure.

About The Opportunity

We’re recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist for an established NZ residential developer, to join its close-knit marketing team on a fixed-term contract through to 30 June 2027. There are two exciting projects ready to go: a full website redevelopment with a new headless CMS, and a move to Qualtrics for customer feedback. You’re a hands-on digital all-rounder who enjoys variety, technology and working with people. You don’t need to be an expert in every system, curiosity, initiative and solid fundamentals count.
