Job summary

Fletcher Living in Auckland seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist on a fixed-term contract until the end of June 2027. You will drive our digital presence, shape customer experiences across channels, and optimise performance with the Marketing and Digital teams.

You’ll develop nurture journeys in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, manage EDM templates, support website operations, plan campaigns, and analyse data with Python or SQL to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Marketing and 2–3 years’ industry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to craft customer-focused digital content.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimise customer nurture journeys across Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
• Build and maintain EDM templates, and support configuration, testing, and refinement of marketing automations.
• Support day-to-day digital and web operations, including updating and maintaining company websites.
• Assist with planning and delivering digital campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social, and display.
• Analyse digital performance data, uncover insights, and prepare regular reporting to inform marketing decisions.
• Contribute to data and analytics projects, using Python or SQL to support insights and BI.
• Manage our Customer NPS programme end to end, including surveys, analysis, and insight generation.
• Create and distribute customer-focused digital content across channels.
• Collaborate with external media, SEO/SEM, and website agencies to support campaign activity.
• Provide general marketing operations and administrative support.
