The successful candidate will lead the editorial direction and digital publishing of BRANZ's content. They will bring complex technical knowledge to life through compelling, accessible stories and practical content that audiences trust and value.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading the digital publishing function for an online publication, news site, magazine, membership publication or specialist industry publisher. You may have worked as a Digital Editor, Managing Editor, Head of Content or similar role, with responsibility for editorial planning, commissioning, publishing and audience growth.
This role will also play a key part in growing the commercial value of BRANZ’s digital platforms, ensuring content supports sustainable revenue opportunities through audience growth and engagement.

You will understand how to build and retain audiences through high-quality editorial content, while balancing audience needs, commercial objectives and organisational priorities.
