Westpac New Zealand is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive a critical transformation program. The assignment is for 1 year and requires a seasoned practitioner with digital delivery experience across customer journeys, identity, access, and entitlements, as well as fraud assessment and transaction authorisation.

The role demands strong collaboration, enterprise leadership, and hands-on use of Microsoft Project and Jira to manage interdependencies and ensure delivery alignment with strategic goals.

Formación

• Seasoned practitioner with experience in digital delivery of customer journeys.
• Experience with identity, access, authorisations, entitlements.
• Knowledge of fraud assessment and transaction authorisation (BioCatch a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and control assigned streams of work within the digital programme.
• Operate within a programme construct of interdependent initiatives.
• Partner with the TAL / SGO for that respective solution area.
• Enacts the first team principle of enterprise leadership.
• Ensures that all action and activity is connected to strategy.
• Problem-solver who takes initiative to clear items across the team to prevent risk.
• Collaborative in handling many interdependencies.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Project and Jira to expose critical path and delivery oversight.
