Job summary

Westpac New Zealand is seeking a Delivery Lead in Technology to drive a critical transformation program. The assignment is for 1 year and targets delivering digital customer journeys, with emphasis on identity, access, authorisations, entitlements, fraud assessment, and BioCatch.

The role requires a seasoned practitioner who can manage streams, coordinate interdependent initiatives, and partner with solution areas to ensure strategy alignment and risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control assigned streams of work within the digital programme.
• Operate within a programme construct of interdependent initiatives.
• Partner with the TAL / SGO for the respective solution area.
• Enacts the first team principle of enterprise leadership.
• Ensures that all action and activity is connected to strategy and risk is minimized.
• Collaborate across teams to handle interdependencies.
