Job summary

Westpac seeks a Technical Delivery Lead to drive a critical digital delivery transformation. The role entails managing streams of work within a structured programme, collaborating across teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Experience with identity, access, entitlements, and related security domains is a plus.

The position is based on-site in Auckland for a 1-year contract, offering a strong market rate for a seasoned specialist in digital customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital customer journeys.
• Identity, access, authorisations, entitlements, fraud assessment and BioCatch familiarity preferred.
• Available for a 1-year contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control assigned streams of work within the digital programme.
• Operate within a programme construct of interdependent initiatives.
• Partner with the TAL / SGO for the respective solution area.
• Enacts the first team principle of enterprise leadership.
• Ensures that all action and activity is connected to strategy.
• Proactive risk clearing to prevent accumulation of risk across the team.
• Collaborate across teams to manage interdependencies.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Project and Jira for delivery oversight.
